In response to the new normal, KMC has adapted new practices and formed the appropriate guidelines that ensure the wellness and safety of our community. As this has now become our top priority, we continue to strive in giving our members unique and risk-free conducive work experiences in our spaces.
- Foot baths are provided for the sanitation of footwear
- Alcohol and sanitizers in all common areas
- Frequent disinfection of high touchpoint areas (doorknobs, light switches, countertops)
- UV light treatment and decontamination misting after office hours

Social Distancing
Keep at least a meter (3 feet) distance between yourself and others when inside the office building, common areas, and workspace.
Disinfection & Sanitization
Sanitation at common areas; UV light treatment and decontamination misting after office hours
Mandatory 14-day Self-Quarantine
Required for those who have flu-like symptoms or have come in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 patient/PUI/PUM
Seek Medical Attention
Seek medical attention immediately if you are feeling unwell, experiencing flu-like symptoms, or have a fever of over 38° C.
Best Practices to Follow
Wearing of face masks in and out of the workspace; completion of Self Declaration Health form before entering the building.
