To apply for Human Resources, you are excellent at:

• Work closely with HR, Finance, and other teams to gather reporting requirements, translate them into Workday solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop advanced reports, including creating calculated fields and maintaining dashboards, to deliver accurate data, analytics and insights to the HR team and the wider organization.
• Offer support and mentorship on standard methodologies for reporting, assisting end-users, resolving issues, and providing necessary training.
• Collaborate with other team members on multi-functional projects to determine reporting requirements.
• Design and develop reporting strategies to include standard operating procedures for data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of data through effective validation and troubleshooting techniques.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of reports and dashboards, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Stay updated on Workday releases, trends, and standard methodologies, actively finding opportunities to optimize reporting and improve processes.
• Develop Prism Analytics solutions, reports, and dashboards to align with reporting requirements.
• Utilize Prism Analytics to integrate external data sources, build datasets, and design custom dashboards.

Your Success Profile includes:

• 2+ years’ experience with Workday Advanced Reporting and Prism Analytics
• Advanced knowledge with Advanced, Composite, Matrix and Trending reporting, Calculated Fields, Prism Analytics, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets
• Workday Certification in at least one of the following: Report Writer, Prism Analytics, or Security
• Proven track record of architecting, building, and/or developing reporting solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and an understanding of system interdependencies
• Experience in gathering requirements and working directly with stakeholders to provide reporting solutions
