The Workday Configuration Analyst is responsible for providing technical and functional support in the Workday system. This position plays a strategic role in optimizing HR processes and system capabilities. The Workday Configuration Analyst leads complex configurations, oversees system enhancements, and collaborates with stakeholders to drive HR technology projects.

1. System Configuration and Optimization:
· Lead advanced configuration and maintenance of Workday modules (e.g., Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence).
· Perform complex data modeling and design enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience.
· Identify and implement system optimizations to meet organizational needs and streamline HR processes.
2. Project Execution:
· Execute large-scale HRIS projects, including system upgrades, module rollouts, and process automation.
· Act as a Workday subject matter expert (SME) in cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
· Manage end-to-end testing (e.g., UAT) and documentation for system changes and enhancements.
3. Data Management and Reporting:
· Oversee data integrity by conducting routine audits and developing data governance frameworks.
· Build advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision making and provide insights to business leaders.
· Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, data privacy laws).
4. User Support and Training:
· Provide expert-level support to HRIS users, addressing complex system issues, troubleshooting errors, and escalating critical issues when needed.
· Develop and deliver training sessions for both new and existing Workday users, ensuring effective use of system features.
· Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on Workday best practices.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
· Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment on system requirements and goals.
· Act as the point of contact for Workday’s external support team and manage vendor relationships
6. Compliance and Security:
· Maintain a deep understanding of data privacy, labor laws, and regulatory compliance requirements, ensuring Workday configurations meet all standards.
Your Success Profile includes:

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in HRIS roles, including 3+ years of Workday system administration experience.
· Strong expertise in Workday configuration, reporting, and analytics (Workday certifications, including HCM, Recruiting, and Reporting preferred).
· Experience leading large HR technology projects and managing system implementations.
· Proficient in HR processes, data governance, and compliance management
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying system improvements.
· Proven ability to anticipate problems and take proactive, decisive action, giving regard to the impact on the system, business needs and user population
· Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize projects to meet established deadlines; must be able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
