KMC Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content creation. The ideal candidate will be able to create engaging content, build a strong online community, and drive brand awareness and lead generation.

- Develop and execute content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Monitor social media analytics and generate reports to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop design briefs for social media visuals.
- Utilize Canva to create basic social media graphics and edits.
- Create engaging content formats such as Reels and short-form videos when applicable.
- Provide support to executives in crafting compelling content for their personal networks to promote company initiatives.
- On-site social media coverage during events.
- Ensure timely posting during company events.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest B2B social media trends and best practices.
- Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Track and optimize ad performance, including targeting, bidding, and ad copy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and nurture relationships.
Your Success Profile includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in B2B social media management with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills for a B2B audience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using design tools such as Canva.
- Experience with paid social media advertising on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
