Project Administration & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to manage project billing, track budgets, and ensure accurate invoicing. You’ll gather and review billable hours, parts, and services from 3rd-party vendors, and ensure everything is aligned with project agreements.
  • Coordinate New Projects by working with clients and project managers to define billing procedures from the outset, identifying potential challenges, and proactively addressing them.
  • Develop and Implement Billing Processes to increase efficiency, improve accuracy, and scale operations across multiple projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and refine billing workflows to eliminate errors, streamline processes, and drive overall efficiency.

Project Coordination & Service Delivery:

  • Field Technician Coordination: Ensure technicians are scheduled, prepared, and ready for onsite installations, maintenance, and support, while adhering to project timelines.
  • Client Scheduling & Communication: Work closely with clients to confirm access, availability, and any necessary permits, ensuring smooth coordination between client needs and technician schedules.
  • Manage Scheduling Conflicts: Proactively identify and resolve any potential scheduling issues to keep projects on track.
