• Develop, implement, and enhance the testing strategies and processes.
• Design, create, and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure defects are understood, prioritized, and resolved.
• Ensure software quality through manual testing, performance testing, and regression testing.
• Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide proactive feedback.
• Maintain and update test documentation and test environments as necessary.

Your Success Profile includes:

• Testing Experience:
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and software testing, including both manual and automated testing.
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking using JIRA.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and QA processes.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and writing SQL queries for data validation.
• Analytical Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying anomalies and inconsistencies.
• Communication and Collaboration:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Documentation:
  • Experience in documenting test cases, defects, and test results.
  • Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive test reports.
