PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of a Client Services / Account Management at KMC:

We are a team of Identity and Access Management experts. We help businesses and organizations maximize their IAM platform investment, providing rapid time-to-value in adoption and usage and promoting scalability and agility. Reporting to the Professional Services Delivery Manager APJ, this role will ensure smooth project operations through tasks such as timecard management, project record maintenance, and customer interaction. This role requires strong organizational skills and communication abilities to support the successful execution of various projects.

·       Manage all project administration and operations including maintaining project records in Salesforce

·       Maintain and grow our collection of customer win stories. Ability to write compelling content is a big plus.

·       Managing calendars, organising team events

·       Managing timecards

·       Preparing data reports for project insights

·       Building slides for presentations at executive level

·       Documenting project processes and building out assets

·       Organising team events

·       Collaborating with leadership to align strategic priorities and follow up on action items.
