The Client Policy Teams at Glass Lewis creates, manages, and maintains policies for institutional Investors by tailoring data and finding solutions to fit clients’ corporate governance and proxyvoting needs. The Policy Team works closely with our Research and Client teams to provide accurate and exemplary service.  

We are seeking motivated, inquisitive candidates eager to learn and gain professional experience. Candidates with specializations in fields that emphasize both qualitative data and critical thinking will excel in this role.

  • Collect and compile data from a variety of sources, including online databases and internal systems.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of collected data, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Assist Policy Analysts with data-related tasks, providing accurate and timely data as needed.
  • Perform basic data analysis and generate reports to help with auditing client policies.
  • Hybrid Set up (with regular office attendance of approximately 2 days per week)

Your Success Profile includes:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong analytical research skills (emphasis on qualitative analysis)
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Computer proficiency and strong typing skills
