Payroll processing and other payroll administration.

To apply for Human Resources, you are excellent at:

● Manage full-cycle processing of payroll in certain countries, such as Canada, Singapore, and EMEA countries as needed.
● Process supplemental payroll and any out-of-sequence checks such as terminations or payroll connections as needed.
● Work closely with payroll vendors/service providers to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
● Maintain payroll master files for specified countries each pay period.
● Work cross-functionally with the People Team, Stock Administration Team, and Finance team to ensure transactions and accounting-related impacts are accurately accounted for.
● Answer employee questions

Your Success Profile includes:

● Knowledge of full-cycle payroll processing
● Knowledge of payroll practices in countries such as the US, Canada, Singapore, the UK, and Germany
● Experience working at a global, public company and related compliance (e.g.,SOX)
● Experience with payroll systems such as Paylocity and Vistra
● Fluency in English; working knowledge of German, Dutch, or French a plus
● Impeccable attention to detail and time management
