The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing all paid marketing efforts across various platforms including SEM, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. This role is crucial in driving growth and engagement for our service lines, targeting C-suite executives of Fortune 500 companies. The main metric for success in this role will be generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and growing our pipeline exponentially. The ideal candidate will have proven B2B experience, a track record of delivering successful paid advertising campaigns, deep knowledge of ad manager tools, and high proficiency with HubSpot. Given the highly competitive market, they must be able to capture the attention of our target customers and effectively communicate our unique selling propositions (USPs).
