As an Onsite Support Network Technician at KMC Solutions, you will be responsible for providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure in our flexible office spaces, coworking environments, and private office locations. You will work closely with the IT team to resolve network and hardware issues, assist clients, and maintain system performance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking equipment.
  • Assist in setting up and configuring routers, switches, and other network devices.

  • Perform routine maintenance on IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, and networking hardware.

Your Success Profile includes:

  • Associate degree or technical certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of network technologies (LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS).
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software issues.
  • Customer-oriented approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under supervision and independently when required.
