As a Management Associate – Workspace Solutions, your main objective is to work closely with our Senior Manager - Workplace Solutions to help with the general organizational and administrative work around the Workspace Solutions team.
Work scope includes data analytics, report management, and proposal assistance, and other administrative activities supporting the Workspace Solutions group in closing opportunities.
In addition, the role would also entail work scope that focuses on the functions of account management, business development, and sales to enable the Management Associate to develop its skills in the said functions – until such time he/she is deemed qualified to transition into a role under a function he/she excels in.
To apply for Sales / Business Development, you are excellent at:
- Report Management: Create and manage reports from raw data to help track status and progress of the group and the organization such as, but not limited to, the following reports:

- Conversion Rate
- Seat Occupancy
- Performance
- Lead Report
- BOD Reports
- Any other reports needed by the group
- Put together decks and reports needed by the group to track progress, and win accounts
- Manage lead verification, monitoring, and tracking from different sources
- Complete all assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Observe and learn from experienced Workspace Solutions Team members.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Will undergo training and shadowing Workspace Solutions Team’s day-to-day activities that will enable them to advance to a sub-function position within the Workspace Solutions team.
- To collaborate and work closely with the whole Workspace Team
- Learn techniques and gain the knowledge required to run Workspace Solutions’ business
- transactions smoothly.
- Occasionally will be responsible for making and deliver presentations and complete evaluations to clients/ partner brokers and the like.
- Complete all assigned tasks, which may include, performing duties in different departments, gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle disputes, attending meetings and workshops, traveling to other offices, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing different documentations.
- Coordination with Site Visits/ Book travel arrangements for Enterprise Solutions clients and team members
- Developing quotes and proposals (but Head of Enterprise Solutions/VP takes on full accountability of the Costing/ P&L)
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos letter and inter-office forms
- Data Management support for the Team: Managing key reports of the group and taking on creation and monitoring of all excel files needed to gather data needed by the management. Said data must be monitored, managed, and analyzed by the Management Associate.
- Proposal support for the Team: This role must support the Workspace Solutions team in preparing a proposal – from gathering data to actual preparation of proposals.
- Develop and maintain an organized filing system
- Support other Management Associates, or members of the group in organizing and implementing events
- Maintain contact lists and account profiles
- Acts as the main POC of the group in all ERP, HubSpot, and other KMC-system related reports or activities.
Your Success Profile includes:
- Preferably graduate of Bachelor of Business Management/Marketing (or equivalent)
- Experience in same scope
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Visio
- Proficiency in Power BI and other applications used in Data Analytics
- Must be internet-savvy, and enjoy researching and learning
- Has strong eye for visual composition
- Has strong skills in data management and data analysis
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Good conversational skills and high level of spoken and written English competency
- Good organizational and coordination skills and willing to enhance current skills
- Can include areas of expertise
