The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of a Learning & Development Intern

In line with the growth of our function as People Experience (Learning & Engagement) Team, we're looking for enthusiastic and talented individual to join our team as a Learning and Engagement Intern. You will acquire expertise and significant experience by linking our learning and engagement initiatives to our employees and by being exposed to various innovative projects and campaigns that promote superb employee experience and growth.

• Planning, designing and implementing Learning & Engagement events, trainings, and other programs for KMC internal employees and KMC Teams.
• Assisting with the development and research of supporting resources and interpretation, as well as the procurement and preparation of materials and equipment for onsite and online sessions.
• Supporting the Learning & Engagement Team with a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, creative collateral preparation, and learning content generation, among others.
• Performing any other duties as reasonably required by the People Experience Manager.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to generate and realize imaginative ideas
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must be taking up or graduate of BS Business Administration, Communication, Psychology or equivalent
• Preferably 300 to 800+ hours internship requirements
• Knowledgeable in using Canva, Adobe and other multimedia editing tools.
• No work experience required
