The TS Asset Management Associate is responsible for overseeing an assigned portfolio of assets with a focus on formulating and executing asset management

To apply for Network /System / Database Administration, you are excellent at:

• Receive delivery of items from the vendor.
• Checking the items based on PO, sales invoice, and delivery receipt.
• Encoding the newly delivered items in Receiving Item Tracker (for online and local purchases)
• Encoding the newly delivered items in Asset Tracker.
• Tagging the newly delivered fixed assets.
• Issuance of new delivered items.
• Filing signed accountability forms to HR Data Team.
• Update Asset Tracker daily and/or as needed.
• Produce weekly spare report.
• Tracking fixed assets movement.
• Document fixed assets for disposal.
• Conduct Annual Physical Count and re-tagging of assets.
• Maintain level of stock for consumables items and fixed assets.

Your Success Profile includes:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or a related field 
• Knowledge of asset management best practices and industry standards 
• Familiarity with asset tracking tools and systems 
• Strong organizational and analytical skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
