• ADDIE Model Knowledge: Familiarity with the ADDIE instructional design model for creating effective learning solutions.
• Storyboard Creation: Skilled in designing and developing storyboards to structure eLearning courses effectively.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting ideas clearly.
• Gamification: Experience in incorporating gamification elements to enhance learner engagement and retention. 
• Simulation-Based Learning Experience: Familiarity with or experience in developing and implementing simulation-based learning strategies.
• Will collaborate with the team in India to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks.

Your Success Profile includes:

• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, with demonstrated expertise in designing interactive, learner-focused content.
