The HR Manager / Advisor for the Philippines will support our Australia, New Zealand, and UK&I business units. This is a full-time position requiring close collaboration with the European HR team. The role requires an experienced HR professional capable of working independently and proactively across HR operations, strategic project work, and employee engagement initiatives.
The position will cover the full employee lifecycle—including recruitment, health and wellbeing, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations—to support the organization’s goals and enhance the employee experience. The HR Manager / Advisor will work closely with local leadership and the global HR team, ensuring compliance with employment laws and alignment with company values and policies. Regular virtual interactions with regional leaders will be necessary to effectively drive HR initiatives.

  • Manage Occupational Health referrals and health case management, collaborating with employees, leaders, and medical professionals.
  • Track health and wellbeing data, present dashboards and metrics to leaders, and oversee health initiatives, such as the Mental Health First Aider program.

  • Ensure compliance with legal standards on D&I initiatives and foster employee engagement.
  • Support the annual employee engagement survey, action planning, and pulse surveys to address team-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with managers to create survey questions that are both relevant and legally compliant.
  • Manage restructuring activities, including legal compliance, change management, and communication. Prepare redundancy calculations and tailored documentation.
  • Provide operational advice on employment law and manage employee relations cases from start to finish, working with legal counsel on complex cases.
  • Partner with managers to strengthen performance management and develop improvement plans within legal frameworks.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from liaising with hiring managers to onboarding, ensuring compliance with DEI standards.
  • Manage recruitment documentation and compliance, maintaining notes and justifications in line with legal requirements.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, attend legal briefings, and monitor legislative changes impacting the organization.
  • Conduct PESTLE analyses to assess external factors influencing HR policy development.
  • Conduct monthly virtual check-ins with leaders to identify emerging HR trends and enhance the team experience.



Your Success Profile includes:

  • Strong communication skills, with a command of English in both verbal and written forms
    (preference for British English, though not essential).
  • Expertise in UK and Irish employment law, as well as Australian and New Zealand
    employment law.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and diversity and
    inclusion practices.
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of local frames of reference, such as the
    Employment Tribunal.
