As a Finance Intern in our Collections Team, you will assist with various tasks related to credit and collections. This internship will provide practical experience and enhance your understanding of financial processes within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry and Record Management:
   • Update bank statements daily, identifying and transferring payment details.
   • Scan and collate financial documents
2. Payment Tracking:
   • Assist in monitoring unidentified payments and transferring relevant data to the designated file.
   • Generate collection summaries by transferring payment details received from clients into a summary file.
3. Communication and Follow-Ups:
   • Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding outstanding invoices, sending reminders and documenting interactions.
   • Handle basic inquiries via email, addressing client concerns related to payments
4. Reporting and Analysis:
   • Support the reconciliation of Customer Ledger Accounts and Aging reports monthly, tagging remarks as necessary.
   • Help prepare reports on collection activities and performance metrics.
   • Support regulatory internal and financial audit.
