The External Marketing Agency Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with external marketing agencies located primarily in the US and Australia. This role ensures agency performance aligns with our objectives and holds them accountable to their Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Coordinator will oversee a mix of performance marketing agencies, PR agencies, event agencies, SEO agencies, media buying agencies, and others, and will be involved in identifying and onboarding new agencies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Agency Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all external marketing agencies, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of all external agencies, ensuring they meet or exceed their SLAs.

Accountability: Hold agencies accountable for their deliverables, performance metrics, and timelines.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with external agencies in the US and Australia to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with our marketing goals.

Agency Identification: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new marketing agencies as needed to support our marketing initiatives.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on managing external marketing agencies.

Agency Knowledge: Strong understanding of various types of marketing agencies including performance marketing, PR, events, SEO, and media buying.

Regional Experience: Experience working with agencies in the US and Australia is preferred.
