The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of a Architecture / Interior Design at KMC:
As a Design Manager, you will be reporting to the Director I of Projects and Design Department, leading a team of dynamic architects and interior Designers. You will be able to excel in building Premium KMC sites and BTS fitout projects working along with preactive project managers to deliver an end to end project delivery from Design conceptualization to project completion.

- Main point of contact on all design concerns related to construction and reconfiguration works to new and current facilities of the organization
- Manages a team of design professionals such as architects, and/or interior designers and all-other that are part of the design team in planning, conceptualizing, and executing works timely and cost-efficient using the KMCS standard design requirements
- Spearheads initiatives that would elevate the experience of KMC facilities in terms of interior and architectural design and collaborates a smooth planning and execution alongside with project implementation team
- Provides strategic guidance in making design process and resource allocation efficient and collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure that design and procurement needs are properly planned
- Provides support in facilitating design discussions with KMC executives and clients as necessary that may require a higher level of collaboration
- Takes a key role in leading and developing the team by providing technical guidance and mentorship to its team members to ensure growth and continuous learning
- Develop and implement initiatives and value engineered design processes
- Ensures fast, accurate and reliable processing of Design and Project execution such as but not limited to design recommendation and test-fit & perspective requests
- Responsible for managing all received, stored and issued materials and supplies related to existing and new projects
- Manage the upkeep of project build guidelines to meet health and safety standards
- Evaluates and recommend all construction related agreements, bids and submits recommendations for approval
- Perform analysis of existing data and forecasting of future strategies and plans
- Ensure that ISO Process for Design Management is updated and implemented
- Develop and recommend, update, and implement process improvement projects and initiatives
- Closely work with internal operations team to ensure that delivery of every project is timely and efficient by maximizing resources and coordinating with key personnel (i.e., Project Management, Facilities, Procurement, Assets, etc.)
- In-charge of reporting high level project update to management in a weekly basis or as needed
- Prepare reports and attend to weekly mancom meeting in lieu of immediate superior.
- Conduct Ocular inspections on all KMC sites to ensure readiness of each facility. Recommends upgrade and improvements for refresh.
- Performs duties commonly associated with Project and Design Management including adhoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
