We are seeking a Brand Compliance Agent to join our talented team in Manila. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented professional passionate about customer success and compliance to play a critical role in ensuring client submissions meet the high standards of the US and Canadian markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve client submissions to ensure compliance with branding and marketing standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and swift resolution of compliance issues.
- Collaborate with teams across North America and the Philippines to deliver exceptional service and achieve shared goals.
- Work night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM Manila time to align with North American clients’ schedules and observe US holidays for seamless collaboration.

- Enforce our customers' programs to guarantee consistency and accuracy in evaluating advertising and marketing submissions.
- Serve as subject matter experts on client-specific programs, adeptly applying relevant rules and guidelines during reviews.
- Uphold all Standard Service Level agreements.
- Assist in the rollout and support of customer-specific programs.
- Continuously expand knowledge on our tailored customer programs, collaborating with and earning from team experts.
